Whilst Windows 7 recognised the Bluetooth dongle in the USB port and automatically installed the necessary drivers for that, it was unable to find the drivers for the peripheral devices. This issue is with the OS and will therefore occur with almost all Bluetooth dongles, however I have decided to include a solution with this one as it is the most widely used.
